4. User Content, Photos, and Sharing

Ownership of Photos and Content

Users retain ownership of all photos, images, and other content they upload to TrailCamHub.

TrailCamHub does not sell, publish, distribute, or otherwise make user photos available to third parties without the user's explicit consent.

Private Sharing

Users have full control over who can access their uploaded photos and data.

Users may invite other individuals to view or collaborate on their content. Only users explicitly invited by the account owner can access shared content.

The account owner determines the permissions granted to invited users, including but not limited to:

  • View-only access
  • Download permissions
  • Editing permissions
  • Management permissions

TrailCamHub processes shared content solely according to the sharing settings selected by the account owner.

Public Galleries

Photos, images, and related data are never made publicly accessible by default.

Content may only be displayed in public galleries, public profiles, community showcases, or similar publicly accessible areas after the user has provided explicit consent and actively chosen to publish such content.

Users may revoke such consent at any time, subject to technical and legal limitations.


5. Disclosure of Data

Personal data is only disclosed to third parties when:

  • Necessary for the performance of contractual services (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers)
